Fried rice, tofu and vegetables (with nuts, raisins etc.)
If you cook too much rice and veg for a meal like this then the leftovers are easily fried up. Fry the tofu in the pan first, then add rice, vegetables and spices. Finally stir in some mixed nuts, or fruits like pineapple and raisins and enjoy!
